She Does It For The Likes

I finished this today and it came out great I don't know what else to say about this other than the fact I am proud of how it turned out. I wanted to add words with it but I felt the words wouldn't match with the feel of the piece. I wanted to convey someone trapped in a world of their own. This is why the most dominate aspect, other than the scenery, is the like bubble and the scenery represents the world. Over all I turned out great I love it and I hope you guys do too. Enjoy!!!

Afro

Sorry about not posting anything in a while my computer has stopped working so I have to buy a new one. I'm looking into investing in a Mac Notebook plus they are great for what I want to do as far as art in concerned anyway. For the time being here is another afro girl for yall.

Nike SB Trainerendor

I was doing some sketching and found these shoes so I sketched them out. I think they look better than the actually shoes. To be honest I didn't even know anything about these shoes but my drawing came out good in my opinion. Anyway here it is I hope you guys like it. ENJOY!!

Adidas Tubular

Sorry I haven't been posting in a while, you should check out my Instagram for daily sketches JHENRY_117, but my computer is acting weird and I don't need this to happen right when school is about to start. These are the shoes that I've been thinking about getting which are the blue, or black, Adidas Tubular. In 2015 I want to try to dress better but as of lately I feel like all the shoes are either ugly or all look the same other than these. So more to come and I hope you guys like this. ENJOY!!

CHVRCHES Poster

This is the poster project I did for my class recently and it is based on a up coming event in Liverpool. The group is called CHVRCHES, when I was doing my research on a event to do I noticed their logo or their name and thought that is creative as hell. So I did my research and found out they make some great music I'm gonna put a video at the end of the post if you want to check it out for yourself. I like their style not just their music style but also their visual style in their music videos. I came up with a concept that I see a lot which is the cardboard cut out looking style and placed it on a black background. The hardest part was making sure that I put the lettering right because I am not that good at typography as of yet but I am getting there. I will include the digital version and the finished mounted version that will be turned into class. As you guys can see, I've been working I just haven't been posting anything.
